IT Project Manager - Automotive

Currently looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our Automotive clients in Antwerp.

Structure team:

  • Reporting to IT Portfolio Manager
  • Part of IT Project Management experienced team
  • IT Project Manager will work together with assigned Business PM (defined Roles & Responsibility split)
  • Collaboration across Business & IT project team



Projects (samples):

All round (possible projects will depend on best fit experience):

  • Implementation Document Management System (DMS)
  • Cloud migrations / upgrades
  • Implementation Learning Management System (LMS)
  • CRM to cloud
  • …

Methodologies:

  • Waterfall
  • Hybrid
  • Agile

Familiar with:

  • ITIL

Tools:

  • Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Service Now, Teams…



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the IT execution of multiple assigned Project(s) part of Strategic Plan
  • Initiates and tracks related Business Cases together with Business Peer against Bus/IT Financial & delivery targets
  • Mutually agree/align with Business PM and/or involved internal/external suppliers on target timeline for IT execution / deliverables
  • Monitors IT Forecast vs Actuals including IT Capacity planning for assigned Projects
  • Day2day IT Scope and Change Management
  • End2end responsibility for overall & day2day IT execution and overall successful IT delivery for each assigned project.
  • Day2day follow up of IT deliverables within involved IT teams
  • Close cooperation with involved Business/IT Stakeholders/internal and/or external suppliers throughout the life cycle of the Project(s)
  • There’s no need for specific technical background, focus is on project management tasks (planning, coordination, communication with business, suppliers & headquarters if applicable, financial tracking, day2day follow up IT teams)
  • Communication skills are important due to organisational/cultural complexity project
