To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. More About This RoleMain responsibilities:
  • As a project lead, you guarantee a successful implementation of a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) & SAP EWM, impacting all manufacturing & dependent logistic flows. The new MES, based on an IOT technology, will include various use cases (Kanban, Material Tracking & Tracing, production Scheduling & Reporting…). The new SAP EWM system will manage the logistic flows for the Raws & packs, including the interfaces with the AGV’s.
  • As project lead, you work closely together with and motivate a multi-functional team. A divers, local and an external team will collaborate continuously together to execute all relevant activities (*) from initial design phase till implementation. ( * BRD’s, Design, Process mapping, gap analysis & system development / interfacing / testing / Go Live / Hypercare). A standardized tollgate methodology & a release team will guide the team, in different steps, to the implementation.
  • As project lead, you guide & support the business in the transformation program.
Job specific requirements:
  • An experienced project manager (10y+), with experience and knowledge of system configurations and system transformation program’s in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SAP and/or a MES system (based on a MS Azure IOT technology) is preferred.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills within the project team and to senior mgmt.
  • Process oriented
  • Result oriented, stress resistant behavior, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with people management (direct reports)
  • Dutch languages has a high preference
