SERVICE MANAGER - Missions

• You are responsible for the introduction andfollow-up of policies and procedures for the rollout of software applications in the organization.
• You are ambassador of the new way of working and the company culture at IT level. (Prince 2 - Agile). You oversee the management of implementation and automation activities.
• You lead and coordinate the activities of the IT staff and suppliers. You set the objectives and priorities of your team and monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s

SERVICE MANAGER - Profile

• You have enjoyed a higher degree in ICT or equivalent through experience. You have a strong knowledge in managing service operations and defining theIT strategy.
• You have a good combination of IT and business skills in order to apply the technology for future commercial benefits and innovation opportunities.
• You have additionally a significant experience inproject management and a strong communicator in Dutch, French and English.
