Brayton Global is a fast growing company based in Brussels and specialized in IT.Our target is to find you the best position where you will flourish and go beyond your limits.We are looking for anApplication Support Agent to work for one of our prestigious client in Brussels.
  • Receive and log requests / incidents & questions from users (by e-mail, phone, or face to face)
  • Provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions
  • Keep end-user informed on request status and progress
  • Participate to meetings with staff
  • Provide coaching session to staff
  • Participate to meetings with the development team
  • Improving documentation/ manual for training/shared knowledge
  • Languages: EN + FR MANDATORY
  • Higher education or equivalent overall experience
  • A first successful experience in user support (minimum 1 year)
  • Good analytical skills and quickly understand process
  • Solution-oriented as well as proactive and reactive to any problem
  • High communication skills and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
  • Strong team player with excellent relationship skills
  • Stress resistant and able to impart knowledge at various levels
  • ITIL Foundation Certified is nice to have
