Description

  • Responsible for 1st OR 2nd Line IT Support, System management & rollout projects.
  • Involved in the interaction with customers, Management of Active Directory and upscaling of tickets to the 3rd Line.
  • Adjusting and setting up new hardware and participating in software roll outs.

Profiles
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience as a Support Engineer and have worked with SD Tools.
  • You are familiar with the ITIL methodology and already have an ITIL CDS certificate or You are willing to obtain it within 6 months.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of products and technologies for IT service management and IT infrastructure management.
