Are you a hands-on IT professional with a logical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure? As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in our team, supporting the operational IT needs of our sites in Belgium and Germany. We are looking for a proactive, driven individual who is eager to learn and excels at problem-solving.

Wat is jouw takenpakket?

  • First-Line Support:
    Provide first-line support to colleagues in both Belgium and Germany and manage the IT ticketing system.
  • ERP Management:
    Acquire knowledge of our ERP system under the lead of our ERP Engineer
  • IT Project Assistance:
    Support various IT projects across the organisation.
  • Hardware Management:
    Manage and configure IT hardware, including purchasing, installations and updates. This under the lead of the Senior System Engineer.
  • IT Administration:
    Administer user accounts, access rights, permissions, licences and maintain accurate records. This under the lead of the Senior System Engineer.
  • Documentation:
    Develop and update procedures, FAQs and other documentation.

Wie ben jij?

  • Education & Experience:
    Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills
  • Strong passion for IT and motivation to continuously improve.
  • Ambitious and eager to develop professionally.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Quick to learn new IT applications and technologies.
  • Flexible and practical with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various colleagues
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Language Skills:
    Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Plus:
    Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.
