IT Support & Administration

Location : Hamme, Belgium

Permanent position

Job responsibilities :

As a key member of the IT department, you will be expected to provide first-tier technical and user support where necessary on multiple networks & systems, including support via phone, e-mail, and in-person.

Duties include:

- General System administration (performing backups, deploying new machines, application installation & maintenance, define, manage and deploy group policies & other Windows domain administration tasks, etc.),

-Active directory and related infrastructure administration

-Global Office 365 administration

-Global Azure hosting support & administration

-Liaise with our infrastructure suppliers to build true partnerships

Job requirements :

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Information technology
  • A mininum of 5 to 7 years of experience
  • A full working proficiency in English is mandatory, Dutch is a strong asset, any other language is a plus
  • Passion for innovation & a sophisticated understanding of technological systems and programming
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, Azure, Scripting, Microsoft database systems, Encryption, TCP/IP networks, Access control models, network and security monitoring tools, and Cross Domain Solutions
  • Experience or knowledge of one or more of the following: ITIL/ITSM, Project Management (PMI / Prince)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest for an international and multicultural environment
  • Qualities : integrity, reliability, team orientation and a proactive attitude
