For an international and fast-growing company in Zaventem, we are looking for an ambitious Junior accountant. Do you have a first experience and are you determined to have a fast-growing path in your career? Then this is the job for you!

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for:



  • Book Accounts Payable invoices and prepare payment run
  • Book bank statements
  • Monitor Customer/Supplier account outstanding
  • Issue credit notes to customers
  • Assist in month end closing process
  • Assist in preparing VAT, Intrastat returns
  • Assist in preparing annual accounts
  • Prepare supporting documents for corporate tax return
  • Customer billing
  • Participate in automation projects

Profile of ideal Junior Accountant:



  • Bachelor in accounting, or equal by experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role within a finance department
  • You are fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
  • Process minded and looking for improvements
  • Accountable and responsible
  • Flexible, willing to invest
  • Accurate & Timely
  • Team player but can work independently
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus (for example SAP or Oracle)
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a big plus
