Our change management activities support our customers by developing a common understanding, buy-in and enthusiasm, as well as maximum adoption of new ways of working, new roles, and new tools.

As we all are confronted today with multiple disruptive changes, in parallel and at high speed, the change management discipline of tomorrow needs to be upgraded into a ‘4.0’ format: fast, agile, and (almost) virtual.

We are looking for ‘human centric’ change management talent that will be part of our Change teams in major programs. Empathy, curiosity, communication, common sense, and relationship skills are key to drive such a ‘human centric’ change. You will be part of a DXC team that will work closely together with our clients’ leaderships. The Change team will run impact assessments, define changes strategies and plans, drive communication initiatives, set-up learning programs (mix of business and IT), assist in deploying new procedures and organizations, and coach stakeholder groups.

As a junior DXC Change Management Consultant, you will be working across industries (public, utility, manufacturing, retail, financial services) on different type of change projects (citizen, customer or employee experiences) especially related to the adoption of new digital tools and new ways of working (supply chain, customer service, finance HR, IT, …). You will be coached by a DXC Change Management Leader.

To support our growth ambition, we are looking for a Junior Change Manager to strengthen the team.

What you’ll do:

  • Assess the impact of the change on the current operating model, and define a change management plan
  • Study and fine-tune future ways of working (processes, procedures, roles & skills)
  • Develop a communication plan, prepare communications, presentations, newsletters, videos, FAQ, …
  • Prepare, coordinate and deliver (e) learnings (materials, sessions, coaching, Q&A, …)
  • Support and coach client teams of employees and their team leaders
  • Act as a team player of a smaller or larger project team
  • Own your development and learning in close collaboration with your coach, with your project manager and with your people manager
  • Learn to act as trusted advisor for leadership teams at large clients

What we expect from you:

  • Master’s degree
  • Empathy and curiosity about our clients’ transformation journeys
  • An appetite for ‘human centric’ change management
  • Have a healthy interest in different sectors and industries
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as to be part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
