Junior ERP Implementation Analyst

Function

Mission:

The Junior ERP Implementation analyst will be part of the Implementation team. He will participate in new client implementation projects and post go-live improvements projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will span across:

- Support new client implementations:

Helps the project and Implementation team with the design of the IT solution and the gathering of requirements.

Configuration and setup of clients in our ERP.

Interfaces/Data exchange design support

Testing and documentation

Transition and hand over to the Business Support team once a solution is defined or a project finalized.

- Post go-live improvements projects:

Country/Brand rollouts on existing client

New Functionalities (gift messages, gift cards)

Replatforming of existing Clients

Carrier Services implementations

Payment methods and systems

Skills/Experience

Master degree in Business Management / Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

Understanding of the E-commerce flows between platforms (Product catalog, Deliveries, Order exports, inventory…)

IT and analytical minded

Experience in using or implementing an ERP is a plus

Understanding of OMS and WMS areas in the context of an ERP system is a plus

Knowledge of Data Integration technologies (API’s, EDI, XML, FTP etc) is a plus

Good knowledge of English

Ability to communicate effectively

Good learner
