As Junior HR & Payroll Officer, you can use your administrative skills for about 200 employees within the joint committee 200.
We provide you with training and proper guidance in this position where you are - step by step - responsible for the following matters:
  • You process the wages of the employees in collaboration with the social secretariat
  • You support the HR team on an administrative level such as follow-up invoicing and setting up & maintaining procedures
  • You manage the personnel administration from A to Z, including the drafting of contracts, social documents, absences, holiday entitlements, occupational accidents, thematic leave, ... and this in accordance with the legislation
  • You also manage the extralegal benefits such as the Edenred cards, mobile phone subscriptions and insurances
  • You manage the fleet and fuel cards
  • You answer questions from employees and follow them up
  • You work on HR projects together with the HR team
You can of course count on a close collaboration with the HR team.

You have a first relevant experience within payroll (via an internship, training or first work experience) or you have a basic HR education and want to be trained in payroll and administration
Knowledge of Securex and Workday is an asset but not a must
You can work well with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel ...)
You have good analytical skills
You have an eye for detail
You are administratively strong and you can set priorities
You are a communicative team player
You work discreetly, accurately and in a structured way
Languages required: Dutch and French, and a sufficient knowledge of English.
