Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Junior Internal Controller (m/f/x)for a permanent position based in Walloon Brabant.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the FMCG sector(well-known brands !). This is a small company but member of a large multinational : there is a strong family spiritbut they benefit from the infrastructure of a large group. They are developing strong projects in term of sustainability and care about the well-being of their employees.

As Junior Internal Controller (m/f/x)you will be responsible for:

Reporting:

• Active participation in the control and analysis of the BU’s accounting data. Alert, anticipate, detect problems in the income statement. Set up resolution solutions (IT/Finance/Operational) including SAP software;
• Control of sales prevision and differences in local softwares;
• Applies the rules and methods for fixed costs and management accounting defined by the group;
• Performs Closing Operations and Top-Downs in SAP;
• Is a part of drawing up monthly dashboards for the BU, the zone and the Group.
• Analyse (for business partner team) and comments on the turnover by customer and its evolution;
• Analyse and correct postings to fit local regulation rules;

Follow-up:

• Operating costs;
• PO creation & control with display content;
• Clearances, donations and samples;

Forecast:

• Active participation in the elaboration of the BU Forecasts. Extraction, feeding and formatting of the necessary data;
• Feed the group reporting with relevant information;

Other:

• Credit note & invoices emission following commercial agreements;
• Takes part in the realization of various studies of profitability of projects;
• Support for the development of methods, processes and tools for BU controlling;
• Represents the BU in various projects impacting the BU.

The required profile for the Junior Internal Controller (m/f/x)position:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum level of education and professional experience needed:
• Graduate of a business school or Master’s degree in management or economics science or accounting;
• You have a first experience in the industrial sector or in an audit company in the financial field (management control or accounting);
• Specific knowledge (foreign languages, software, technical skills):
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is an plus);
• Good understanding of Microsoft software and especially very thorough knowledge of MS Excel;
• First experience in SAP is a big plus;
• Driving for results / making things happen;
• Advocate teamwork and be able of critical thinking;
• Flexible, pro-active and independent attitude towards work;
• Capable of working on a strict and short deadline and in autonomy.
