Job description:
Main accountabilities:
- Able to operate and maintain high-tech industrial decoration equipment.
- Knowledge in the digital printing world is a plus
- You are a highly motivated self-starter.
- You can handle Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator & RIP programs
- You work independently and are communicative.
- You have a good analytical attitude, you like to solve problems and work well in a team.
- You are open to innovation and enjoy new challenges with pleasure
Requirements:
- Strong team player and target-oriented with respect for quality and timing.
- Very good communicator, very good convincing skills, demonstrated ability to translate technical items into commercial concepts and vice-versa. Demonstrated strong ability to communicate and negotiate with (internal / external) stakeholders in different areas and levels.
- Able to bridge cultural diversity.
- Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Fluent in English and Dutch. Additional languages are an asset.
- General commercial and financial understanding.
