Lab systems analyst

We are recruiting a Lab Systems Analyst who will report into QC Operations.

The position will support the deployment and maintenance of the digitalization/automation project for the labs (iLABs). The laboratory mission is to increase lab reliability through automation of processes and reduction in manual transcription of data, improved electronic control and data capture, delivering Data Integrity and Efficiency value using global lab systems and interfaces.

Main responsibility for the position is to support the different Lab Systems (empower, SynTQ, eLIMS)

What are your responsibilities?

• Gathers requirements from the site as applicable
• Coordinate standardization discussions
• Acts as a single point of contact across sites.
• Leads user forums and meetings as required
• Supports / organizes test script execution
• Creates test scripts based on the URS and executes UAT when applicable
• Leads site implementations as needed
• Owns Instance compliance / change control

Who are you?

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree required, Physical / Life Sience, IT focus preferred. An advanced degree preferred.
• Languages skills: Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
• 5+ years of related experience including at least one of the following: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical Testing, or IT, including experience working in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
• Strong communication, partnering and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving, logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Broad knowledge and experience with cGMPs, regulations, risk management and Computer System Validation. Previous Quality Systems experience desirable.
• Ability to independently manage multiple issues, prioritize and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Ability to develop training and deliver to colleagues and partners.
• Knowledge of/familiarity with the appropriate Laboratory System (LIMS)
• Ability to build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers and partners in Global Quality Systems, PDMS, IT and other Quality functional groups required.
