About The Job

Based in Mons, Belgium, you will join the NCI Academy team. The NCI Academy is responsible for providing world-class C4ISR, Cyber, Command and Control and Enterprise training and education services, across the NATO enterprise, but also within the NCI Agency.

Importante note: from 1st July 2022 this position will betansfered to Brain L’Alleud - Belgium.

The position of Learning Advisor is part of the NCI Agency Corporate Academy. Its mission is to transform the NCI Agency into a learning organization by providing its staff with the necessary corporate knowledge and professional individual and team development opportunities to accomplish the NCI Agency strategic objectives and customer requirements to the highest standards, while ensuring staff’s continuous growth.

About You

We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Learning Advisor, ideally with a higher vocational training in a relevant discipline and 3 years post-related experience.

The Learning Advisor, as part of the NCI Agency Corporate Academy Core Team, is responsible for the management of learning and professional development opportunities at the NCI Agency. The Learning Advisor guides and supports NCI Agency staff in learning activities and personal and professional development. In addition, the Learning Advisor might be required to support designing, developing and instructing courses for the NCI Agency workforce on internal processes, tools and frameworks.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
