Learning & Development Manager - Financial Services

In Belgium, the Financial Services division of EY, about 500 people, focused on clients in the financial sector (banking, insurance, asset management) , has experienced a tremendous growth and we have similar ambitious plans for the future; hence we are looking for a motivated colleague to join our Learning and Development team.

Job scope & responsibilities:

At EY we are committed to delivering exceptional client service, and this also applies to all internal jobs; in Learning & Development, you will provide high quality support to the business in various matters related to trainings, learning events, etc, while reflecting the EY core values – integrity, respect, team work.

You will be taking the lead in L&D, supported by one person, where you will be fully dedicated to the Financial Services practice, consisting of several departments.

Your tasks will include:

• 
  Manage the learning team of EY Financial Services
• Manage the learning budget
• Plan, organize and review internal trainings
• Identify the learning needs in the various teams
• Follow up on ad-hoc questions/requests
• Forge a constructive professional relationship with colleagues from other teams within EY Belgium, and on the wider EMEIA level.

The skills and qualifications we are looking for:

• 
  5 to 10 years of experience in similar role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or equivalent by experience
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with proficient level of business English
• Proven people management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Solid organizational and planning skills
• Pro-active, client oriented, with a keen eye for detail
• Well organized, flexible, result oriented.
