Your journey with us

Due to the increased value and criticality of the workforce in the organization, we are now looking to reinforce our team in Belgiumwith a Learning Strategy advisor with experience working on global learning strategy and development projects.

  • Be a trusted advisor on a wide range of Human Capital related topics (e.g., Talent Management, Competency Management, Up/reskilling, Strategic Workforce Planning) to our clients
  • Align business and HR stakeholders on the changing nature of work and the impact on the workforce
  • Guide and coach the learning and HR department on re-envisioning their learning strategy and vision
  • Design compelling development tracks for various communities with blended learning
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure, generate and predict learning impact
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and working sessions to define the learning strategy, vision, and ambition
  • Inspire on the art of the possible and translate to an effective business case
  • Shape, lead and execute meaningful interactions with business stakeholders to develop a talent roadmap to successfully bridge gaps identified
  • Become part of a large, motivated and successful strategy team

Let’s talk about you

  • University degree and preferably also a relevant masters/postgraduate degree
  • Approx. 8 years relevant working experience in Consulting and/or working on strategy projects related to L&D, up/reskilling, HR, Talent Management
  • International experience in Learning Organization transformations, Learning Analytics, People Capability Building and employee learning experiences/journeys
  • Affinity with a variety of Organization Design; T-Shaping; Agile teaming and designing high performing teams
  • Experience working on projects in various industries and you are not afraid of deep-diving in complex functional areas (e.g., supply chain, digital marketing, product development, manufacturing,…)
  • Forward-looking mindset and you have experience in challenging people to look beyond the current AS-IS situation in the direction of a desired future state
  • Understand and clarify business/project goals and translate those goals into actionable insights on how to improve talent management processes (e.g., learning and development, performance management, growth, talent acquisition,…)
  • Real “can do” attitude and an unquenchable thirst for new learning opportunities
  • Enjoy thinking outside of the box and coming up with innovative and creative client solutions
  • Proven track record of facilitation skills and stakeholder management of both HR and business profiles
  • You are a strong team player, who demonstrates ownership by working independently on key activities
  • Easily build strong relations with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity and are able to flex approach to changing external stimuli
  • Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional EU languages in particular French and/or Dutch are an advantage
