Assignment Description

We are offering a long term Lithography Process Engineer with expertise and hands-on experience in lithography, patterning and metrology. The candidate will join the Advanced Technology Team based in Leuven, and will be responsible for developing lithography/patterning strategy, lithography materials/processes, metrology/measurement technologies, interfacing with physical design team and foundry partners. He/She should have good troubleshooting and problem prevention capabilities related to the lithography processing. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently and to organize are essential.

Required Education and Experience:

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nano Science and Engineering or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge and at least 5 years of industrial experience in lithography and patterning
  • Experience with clean room environment, nanofabrication
  • EUV lithography experience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team-player
  • Able to work independently
  • Domestic and International travel, as necessary to support job responsibilities
