Project/Department Description and Responsibilities:In order to increase the vaccination degree in the Brussels region, many decentralized activities are being deployed by the client. The number of vaccination points in the region (antennas, pharmacists, doctor cabinets, schools, enterprises,…) will be increasing tremendously. The client is therefor in need of a Logistics Coordinator in the HUB that supports the SC manager in the daily order and delivery process. Makes sure that the right vaccines get at the right place at the right moment. Following up and structuring the run and rolling out of vaccination plan.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
§
Support the supply chain manager in the central HUB Botanique (Pachecolaan Brussels) and
§
Assure all the administration and organization around the orders and delivery of the vaccination related supplies.
§
Ensure that each vaccination team is provided with the necessary supplies and vaccines on a daily basis.
§
Maintain solid contacts, based on professionalism and trust.
§
Assure deliveries up and running in cooperation with the transport company(s).
§
Attend meetings within your Vaccination Team and inform them of your state of affairs.
Secondary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Reporting & Administration.
- Replace your manager in his absence.

Requirements
Technical profile requirements:
§
5-10y experience within administration or customer service, where transport, supply chain or logistics were involved.
§
Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel (a must!).
§
Expert knowledge of logistic applications and tools with affinity toward the IT side of the business.
§
Expert level time management skills.
Non-Technical profile requirements:
§
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
§
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
§
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
§
Result oriented & customer centered
§
Structured / Organized
§
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
§

§
Very stress and pressure resistant, able to work in indistinct circumstances

Methodology/Certification requirements
Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.
Languages:
- Perfectly bi-lingual (FR+NL) is a must
- Very good knowledge of ENG
