Do you want to drive the implementation of our solutions portfolio for new and existing clients?, being the client’s primary point of contact? And do you want to analyze their logistics processes and advise them on our TMS products and innovations? Then you are our next Logistics Software Consultant!

What can you expect?

  • Gather client requirements, provide advice and propose integrated solutions.
  • Provide consultation about the range of our TMS products and innovations.
  • Autonomous creation of cost estimations and specifications in coordination with our customers and the project manager.
  • Development of the solution design.
  • Coordination with other teams to ensure on-time delivery of the project.
  • Facilitate and lead customer’s workshops.
  • Train our clients on the use and configuration of the TMS solutions (on-site or remote).

We have a match if you have/are

  • Experience with logistics / supply chain processes, or in software implementation
  • Understanding of IT and software solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and French. Any other European language will be a plus
  • Strong people skills and the ability to engage and build trustful relationships with customers
