You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.

How you will contribute

• Create and manage content for existing programs and develop new content for new capabilities
• Manage the relationship with external partners
• Implement and deliver a learning agenda to ensure compliance to the training strategy
• Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities
• Support human resources in succession planning
• Manage the reward and recognition program
• Manage the coaching program
• Manage the team database and keep it updated
• Track turnover

• Advanced knowledge of database management/data mining/big data (SQL, Access etc.)
• FMCG/CPG experience including commercial business and customer execution experience
• Direct training experience
• Capability management experience

Rol&verantwoordelijkheden:

Optimaal inplannen van de medewerkers over de verschillende productielijnen en ploegen binnen de sectie en op lange termijn teneinde de geplande productieplanning te realiseren en ook binnen de geplande budgetten en hiertoe correctieve acties te initiëren om steeds de leveringen aan de klanten te verzekeren.

Je functioneert als schakel tussen de productieplanning, personeelsplanning en productie ten einde de personeelsbezetting en de gevraagde productievolumes maximaal op elkaar af te stemmen. Je stemt hiervoor regelmatig af met supply planning, productiemanagement en andere betrokken partijen.

Je anticipeert op mogelijke bezettingsproblemen en/of productieplanningswijzigingen op lange termijn en stelt een actieplan op om bij te sturen.

Je definieert acties om de verlofperiode te overbruggen samen met de middellange termijn personeelsplanner.

Je brengt in kaart het aantal aanwezige versus het aantal vereiste medewerkers en vereiste competenties teneinde de lange termijn planning te realiseren. Hiertoe geef je ook input aan de opleidingscoördinator voor het jaarlijks opleidinsplan om de flexibiliteit te verhogen zodat de gevraagde volumes gegarandeerd kunnen worden. Op basis van het lange termijnpersoneelsplan geeft je ook input aan HR mbt tot de benodigde medewerkers en noodzakelijke aanwervingen.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt in het overleg met productieplanning om de optimale balans te vinden tussen gevraagde volumes en aanwezigheid personeel op middellange termijn zodat er een frozen planning opgesteld kan worden. Samen met verantwoordelijke productieplanning een plan opstellen op lange termijn om dit bij te sturen indien nodig.

Je zoekt continue verbetermogelijkheden voor het planningsdepartement. In samenwerking met het team en andere departementen formuleer je en implementeer je verbetervoorstellen mbt personeelsplanning, organisatie en systemen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een visie rond personeelplanning. Je zet dit om in een korte en lange termijn actieplan en je coacht je team om dit te realiseren.
