We’re looking for dedicated, innovative and driven talent to join our expanding team.
We are currently looking to hire a Manage Service Lead to join our Projects Team, supporting multiple projects with the worlds leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for Operational Delivery
• Ensure that all work-scopes are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of Service scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed Service plan to monitor and track progress on Incident Management & Change Management
• Manage changes that arise from Operational Interventions, Service schedules and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure and Report Service performance
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize Service risks
• Meet with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each work-scope
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to Service constraints based on financial analysis
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Work as part of the Managed Service Team with overall responsibility for delivery of MS KPIs including Day support, Remote Support Management, System Administration and Control Systems Validation activities.
• Responsible for Resource management and acquisition of MS Team and Professional Placements across the site.
• Working closely with Engineering manager and our Delivery & Sales teams, to develop and grow our Site Services offering.
• Financial and Performance Responsibility and Reporting both internally and to externally to our client.
• Main Point of contact for multiple customers on site.

• Ability to lead, motivate and engage the team to continually deliver.
• Siemens/MES/OSI-PI or General Process Control knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Science or Engineering Degree qualification.
• Post Graduate Qualification in a related discipline is desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Good English knowledge, French is a plus
