Unique is looking for an Management Assistant with excellent knowledge of French and English for one of its clients.

The company is located in the heart of the European district of Brussels and is easily accessible by public transport.


  • Organize agendas
  • General office duties
  • Create/prepare correspondence and presentations
  • Process purchase order requests
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings and trainings:
  • Create and prepare presentation
  • Take meeting notes
  • Issue and distribute meeting report
  • Track action items
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangement
  • Process expense reports
Profile

Executive assistant’s profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience as management assistant
  • Fluent in french and english
  • Ability to multi-task and independently manage time
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of international professionals, both internal and external
  • Strong personal organization, autonomy, creativity, initiative and flexibility
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Computer skills: Office 2013, Outlook, Sharepoint
