About the Job

Dockers Europe is seeking a Store Design and Brand Environment Manager! This role is responsible for leading all Brand Environment and Store Design initiatives from strategy to execution for the Dockers European business. Manage dedicated regional team across all planning and execution of European Mainline, Outlet, and Wholesale BE/SD programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales team leaders on European business plans and roadmaps for BE/SD needs
  • Manage the planning, prioritization, and timelines for BE/SD projects across Mainline Retail, Outlet, and Wholesale from brief to execution
  • Set project timelines
  • Organize design meetings with all parties, collecting feedback and follow up
  • Lead and guide team of two Coordinators
  • Rolling out of AutoCAD/Revit-based design of the current brand concept in the specific Dockers rollout, within the timelines set out in the planning created by the KAM/DM/VP Sales.
  • Verify SBD/Site Survey received from the Local Project Managers/DM and discuss directly with them when necessary.
  • Requesting final CAD drawings and setting up Bill of Quantities for each approved layout. (in cooperation with F&F supplier and regional BE team)
  • Liaise closely with the LPM, Key Accounts, DM, and rollout suppliers, in order to obtain the information needed to proceed with the design of the CAD drawings.
  • Liaise closely with the team and cross-functional partners to adequately integrate merchandising and display techniques into the design of store environments. (Visual Merchandising)
  • Liaise closely with the Global BE/SD Leader on conceptual information and design guidelines. Monitor the Global concept Owner’s Manuals and Fixture Guides.
  • Place replenishment orders for F&F, POS, props in collaboration with the HQ team/DM/LPM.
  • Follow up on snagging issues, cost, and timeline.
  • Monitor F&F budget/cost (Capex/Opex) and work simultaneously with LPM and rollout suppliers to negotiate the best price.
  • Monitor F&F inventories (old fixtures) and props.
  • Creation of PO’s for F&F orders/general admin.

About You

  • 5 years’ experience at management level, managing Brand Environment and Store Design
  • Bachelors’ degree in marketing or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Uses a collaborative approach to formulate ideas and outcomes in both tools and communication that implement the Dockers desired consumer experience in all channels: O&O Retail, Franchisee, Wholesale, Outlet.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of what is happening in trends and fashion as it relates to bringing a brand to life, thereby allowing them to speak to what’s relevant in the marketplace. E.g. Sustainability.
  • Confident communication of views and clarity aligning with brand look and feel which has a creative impact and outcome.
  • Focused on consumers, customers and competitors
  • Drives for global leverage; fosters global brand stewardship; demonstrates cultural competence
