Due to the increased value and criticality of the workforce in the organization, we are now looking to reinforce our team in Belgiumwith a Human Capital as a Service Manager Future of Work.

• Be a trusted advisor on a wide range of Human Capital related topics (e.g., Talent Management, Competency Management, Up/reskilling, Strategic Workforce Planning) to our clients
• Align business and HR stakeholders on the changing nature of work and the impact on the workforce
• Help clients in various industries to determine the human impact of future business strategies (Future of Work) and associated technology implementations
• Challenge business and HR stakeholders on the current operational AS-IS and shape the future TO-BE situation of the workforce in co-creation
• Co-create with your client and project team a comprehensive vision on future key capabilities that are needed in the workforce to foster sustainable growth
• Assess capability gaps in both a quantitative and qualitative way in close collaboration with the client’s ecosystem
• Shape, lead and execute meaningful interactions with business stakeholders to develop a talent roadmap to successfully bridge gaps identified
• Become part of a large, motivated and successful strategy team

Let’s talk about you

• University degree and preferably also a relevant masters/postgraduate degree
• Approx. 7 years relevant working experience in Consulting and/or working on strategy projects related to HR, Talent Management, Future of Work or reskilling
• Experience working on projects in various industries and you are not afraid of deep-diving in complex functional areas (e.g., supply chain, digital marketing, product development, manufacturing,…)
• Curious and multi-interested in the operational realties and future trends of a variety of industries (e.g., life sciences, manufacturing, public transport, Telco,…)
• Forward-looking mindset and you have experience in challenging people to look beyond the current AS-IS situation in the direction of a desired future state
• Understand and clarify business/project goals and translate those goals into actionable insights on how to improve talent management processes (e.g., learning and development, performance management, growth, talent acquisition,…)
• Real “can do” attitude and an unquenchable thirst for new learning opportunities
• Enjoy thinking outside of the box and coming up with innovative and creative client solutions
• Excellent eye for the people impact of disrupting technologies
• People manager and are keen to inspire and build the team
• Strong team player, who demonstrates ownership by working independently on key activities
• Easily build strong relations with clients and colleagues
• Shape opportunities, drive bids and write compelling proposals and articles
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity and are able to flex approach to changing external stimuli
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional EU languages in particular French and/or Dutch are an advantage.
