Our client, a renowned leading global provider of protection solutions and they are looking for a Manager Marketing Operations with experience in Marketo.

Responsabilities :
Manage all marketing operations platforms and ensure they are connected and synced harmoniously across the business

Ensuring all platforms are functioning correctly from a set up and usage perspective

Identifying and implementing platform improvements, growth, and optimizations

Manage the lead management and online customer experience

Use data and analytics to optimize user experience across channels for highly efficient follow up

Support the regions with their marketing strategies leveraging all operations platforms: Marketo

Advise central digital team and regions on new technologies and marketing techniques

Minimal international traveling (5%)

Is this you? Yes if:
You have a excellent understanding of the digital landscape

You have a background in customer-facing digital marketing strategies

You have a strong experience with marketing automation software, data and analytics platforms

You are fluent in English, any other language is an asset

You are knowledgeable in Marketo/Salesforce
