About our client:

Our Client operates in the Information Services Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the Netherlands. It has its branches spread to more than 40 countries. They fall in the Top 10 Dutch Companies. Their core business is to provide expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services to its clients. The company serves various markets like legal, risk, compliance, accounting, finance, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing not just the day to day needs and direction of a team of up to 10 sales specialists, but also for taking part in strategy meetings to outline the direction of the wider sales function within Belgium.
  • Serves as a Manager of New business for the Sales Team across a number of SaaS products.
  • People Management: you direct, guide and stimulate the team in order to optimize the effectiveness of the employees and to help with the realization
  • Sales Intelligence: you work closely with Sales Operations and Marketing to make “competitive intelligence” available, and to spot opportunities on the market.
  • Language skills: you must have a professional language capability in French and Dutch. English is of benefit.
  • Comfort when managing a commercial team, with a clear ability to develop and manage a hunting sales force
  • You must be able to inspire confidence from your team, and to inspire confidence in the product

Requirements:

Education:
  • Degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience:
  • 4-9 years sales experience, preferably in a hunting environment.
  • An understanding of, or experience in, consultative sales
