Manager of BDO’s Global Compliance Reporting System (GCRS), Global Data Governance
BDO is a global audit, tax and advisory organisation present in 167 countries around the world and headquartered in Brussels. For the Global Risk, Quality & Governance Department, we are looking for a Manager for our Global Compliance Reporting System (GCRS).Reporting to the Head of Global Data Governance, this role supports the GCRS development needs, solutions and coordinate respective campaigns.
The GCRS is an effective internal control monitoring system. It is a recently implemented solution that is at the centre of driving compliance. Using this tool, our goal is to help our firms to reach all their objectives and encourage continuous improvement, as we strive towards the culture of quality that our stakeholders expect from us.

Your role
- Coordinate workshops for proposed GCRS solutions of the respective campaigns to be executed
- Follow-up GCRS development needs with the business (Quality Areas)
- Steer relations with the vendor and give direction; as well as follow-up on solution developments (bugs reporting, follow-up)
- Oversee Service/Support Requests submitted by end-users and analyse repetitive patterns that would require the current GCRS version to be improved. Statistical analysis would need to be discussed with the business to define further steps
- Coordinate timelines of the execution of the respective campaigns (timing, user access, documents uploads, quality follow-up i.e. info uploaded/entered into the system).
- Maintain and update GCRS training documentation for the firms to participate in campaigns
- Follow-up/report on BDO or change resistance and help the network to adopt effective ways of working in order to reduce that additional burden and thus the initial resistance
- Become the central contact person to whom users can submit new development requests, suggestions, complaints and questions

- Superb communication skills with proficiency in English (the global language within the process)
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-5 years of similar experience in a professional services firm or similar environment
