As a “Marketing Assistant”, you are responsible for supporting and handling peaks in the European marketing activities. Some of your specific tasks, that you execute in close collaboration with the local sales organizations and brand managers in Europe, include:

- Setting up and executing marketing and email campaigns that appeal to our customers ;

- Preparing exhibitions and events (both live and virtual) ;

- Designing marketing materials in line with our brand identity (both print and digital, including video).

As a “Proposal Coordinator” you will not only contribute to creating an attractive and correct presentation of proposals within Europe, but you will also be responsible for efficient proposal management. Some of your specific tasks include:

- Leading, supporting, and coordinating the preparation and/or writing of proposals in case of large tenders and/or reference tenders. This includes, among others, coordinating the information brought in by the business managers and technical teams ;

- Planning and developing an approach for a smooth proposal flow ;

- Preparing and layouting proposals ;

- Keeping (administrative) proposal documents up-to-date ;

- Developing standardized offerings and proposal content ;

- Organizing and improving bid-tracking activities and maintaining statistics and reporting on bids and proposals.

You do this for all business lines and brands within the European Avineon Group, within which we operate under two brands: Avineon and Tensing. This vacancy can be filled from within any of our offices in Europe, located in Lier (BE), Waardenburg (NL), Paris (FR), Montpellier (FR), or London (UK).
