What do we do?
Qualifio is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our software, Qualifio Engage, is used by over 275 big brands across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, MediaMarkt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Decathlon etc). They are using our platform to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiencesvia creative interactive experiences. We are in a very exciting period as we are launching a new and second hyper complementary product : Qualifio Loyalty, an interaction-based loyalty platform.
The Job
We’re currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Your main task would be the optimization and governance of all our marketing processes. This will include data analytics, automation implementation, funnel optimization, report building and alignment with the internal stakeholders of the company. We see the Marketing Operations Manager as the glue between the Marketing department and the rest of the company, and a key role in the organization in order to scale our processes.
Our new colleague will have 3 areas of impact:
- Technology: Managing and owning the different tools we have in place will be essential. Our new colleague will need to be fully competent in technologies such as Google Analytics and Hubspot, but also be able to think out of the box to connect these tools with the rest of our Tech Stack (Qualifio Manager, Planhat…).
- Data:Data analysis and data management will also be important on a daily basis. Our new colleague will ensure the data is flowing properly within the different tools and departments.
- Processes and team alignment:In a scale-up, processes should be agile but also smart. Our new colleague will have an impact on the marketing processes but also on the cross-company ones, aligning teams and making sure the collaboration is fueled.
What you’ll be doing
Based around these 3 key areas, our new colleague will:
- Gather insights from Google Analytics and create actionable plans to improve the different KPIs.
- Own and manage Hubspot from a marketing point of view, as a CRM and marketing suite, making sure all our automation flows, data capturing and processes are up to date.
- Align Marketing with the rest of the company from a technical point of view, making sure all actions are well tracked and the tools are well connected.
- Own the reporting from a marketing perspective, making sure our performance is well recorded and there are actionable insights.
- Help the rest of the company to build and assess scalable processes from a marketing perspective.
Who you are
In order to shine and play a key role within the marketing department, we would like our new colleagues to have these skills:
- Google Analytics experience:You have spent hours and hours diving into Analytics, finding insights and ways to improve KPIs like traffic, conversions…
- Hubspot expertise:At Qualifio we are heavy users of Hubspot. Our new colleague should have 1-2 years of experience with the tool, knowing it from A to Z, so she/he will be able to own it and challenge it from day 1.
- Reporting skills: Our new colleague will be in charge of creating shiny reports that bring light to all our activities and help us to highlight the good work we are doing and how it impacts the different departments and the whole company.
- Analytic mindset:Working closely with the CMO, our new colleague will always be challenging our current reality and looking for new ways to improve and scale from a marketing point of view.
- Team spirit:Marketing is a team sport and we have a special culture of togetherness within the team. Our new colleague will be part of this culture and will be a promoter of it inside and outside the company.
- SaaS experience:Although not mandatory, previous experience in a SaaS environment is a definite plus. Ideally, our new colleague will have spent time working either in a SaaS company, or for a consultancy firm on projects with SaaS companies. An understanding of the workings and complexities of a SaaS environment will be considered as a bonus.
