The focus of your role

We are looking to recruit talented people for our Salesforce practice based in Vilvoorde. This is a permanent, full time position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to start their Salesforce Consulting career.

Your responsibilities

• Become a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
• Partake in technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client’s current and desired end states.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Collaborate with other internal developers and consultants to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and define technical architectures and solution designs from business and/or technical requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to gain the required knowledge to perform these tasks.
• Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of Salesforce products.
• Act as an entrepreneur and contribute in your own way to the growth of our business.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Recently graduated with a bachelor degree (or higher) in Information Management & IT.
• A talented, hardworking individual with great energy & potential.
• Strong communication skills, team player, outstanding analytical skills, intellectually curious.
• Strong Dutch, French and/or English language skills, both written and oral are key.

Salary: From €2,000.00 per month
