Knauf Insulation is seeking for a Master Trainer Change Management (M/F/D) to join its marketing team located at Knauf Insulation, Visé (Belgium).

Key Tasks

  • Attends the Knauf Group Regional trainings
  • Transfers and adopts the training materials to the regional needs
  • Coordinate potential adjustments of the training materials (translations, mitigations, specifics,….)
  • Oversee the organization of the required trainings
  • Delivers trainings for the local trainers and key users
  • Enabling the adoption of the business processes of the Potential Driven Sales Approach
  • Creates a trainers network across regions and BUs
  • Works closely with HR, supporting the development and change management initiatives
  • Conducts regular Q&A sessions
  • Gathers feedback from the countries and transfers it into Change Owner ideas together with the KI Change Owner

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all users are adequately trained
  • Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and adjust the training concept if needed
  • Gathering feedback from users and transfer it to the Regional Change Owner

Required Experience

  • Understanding of sales processes, ideally in the construction business or equivalent
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Experience in conduction of workshops and facilitating discussions
  • Change Management firsthand experience (participation in the change process as trainer/ facilitator)
