Functieomschrijving:
PURPOSE
Ensure organization, control and volume of material, packages and consumables for production area following the production plan, implementing continuous improvements and updates in SAP system, promoting low level of stocks and physical organization, on the way we can complying with the established safety, quality and standards defined.
Maximize the assertiveness of the level for the products and stock optimizing time and costs and achieving a better level of quality.

RESPONSIBILITY
a) Daily control of material in SAP system
b) Daily control of physical material
c) Daily cross checking between production plan and reservation done for consumables
d) Support in purchase process (SAP system)
e) Preparation and application of short training about basic topics of SAP system
f) Full support for the activities of the supervisor of Logistics of Production
g) Daily routine with production planner to better understanding of the items programmed
h) Control of the level for the kan ban of the areas in Production
i) Daily link with Logistics and Warehouse team to align the status of material (coming and back from the Warehouse)
j) Comprehension about production orders closure
k) Daily cross check with the supervisors of Production area
l) Routine of purchasing practically
m) Support with the documentation control for Logistics of Production
n) Control of items and PPE’s necessary to the Logistics of Production team
o) Support for the forklift drivers occasionally
p) Control of the packages (conditions) received from the Warehouse and Production at the platform area
q) Support to the leadership in the preparation of reports of SAP system when necessary
r) Preparation and printing of documentation for the area, when necessary.

Profiel:
Education
Secondary or Technical studies in fields related to the Logistics, Warehouse or similar.

Experience / Knowledge
  • Technical studies in fields related to the Logistics or Warehouse control or at least around 1,5 years of experience working in the correlated processes

Good knowledge in SAP system

Good knowledge with Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
·
Intermediate English
·
Soft skills: Proactive, learning agility, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, customer focus, availability for support mainly at the end of the periods (month)
·
Forklift driver license will be a plus
