Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias) – FM Service Provider - Government Building – Waterloo– £42,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a government building near Waterloo, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £42,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00Key duties & Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical plant

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc

Monitor the BMS systems.

Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)

General building fabric

Escort specialist subcontractorsRequirements

Mechanically/Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Multi-skilled

Good communication skills
