The department helps travelers and expats all over the world in any possible situation.

Examples are: assistance during a hospitalization, arranging guarantees of payment, organizing a return home for medical reasons or an early return due to personal circumstances.

What will you do?
You guide our customer through the opening of the assistance case and up to successful closure of various assistance requests. To do so, you can use our local or global network of service providers and correspondents.

You only have one goal: offering our customer the most fitting solution, showing empathy at all times. You are one of the most important links in our service chain.

A team of experienced colleagues and professional assistance providers in a dynamic company working locally, but with international resources.
Working in shifts with a personalized schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 22pm (at the latest).

some years of experience in a service providing job

You are fluent in different languages, and at least trilingual (Italian/German/English).
