CONSUMER CENTRICIY
Be the voice for the North Menswear consumer, lead the team to better consumer understanding, identify strategic opportunities to increase our loyal fanbase, thru relevant product journeys and assortment strategies.
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
Menswear Business and Market expert developed thru experience, analytic skill-set, strong partnership with cross functional team and a "need to know" and "need to understand" mentality, engaging team leader, drive purpose and vision. Assortment ownership Holistic Market place Menswear (Levi.com, Retail brick & mortar, Outlet and strategic OMNI wholesale )
DRIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING
Create and drive a North Menswear brand-merchandising strategy (Product-Price Positioning-Segmentation-Differentiation-Flow) to to increase our loyal fanbase and shopping frequency, to grow market-share, profit and share holder value. Partner up with key stake holders to create, unite and drive the winning plan.
BE A BRAND AMBASSADOR
Be the voice of the brand, consumer and our product, inspire the team in the vision and direction of the brand and unite the cross functional teams, to execute our strategy flawlessly in the marketplace.
OWN OUR CONCEPT TO MARKET
Partnering with Global and Local brand/merchandising, planning and sales teams to create and drive and holistic OMNI E2E consumer journey for Menswear to inspire and unit the cross functional team to execute flawlessly and drive consumer impact.
CREATE WINNING TEAM
Create a Best in Class Merchandising team, amplify the merchandising culture, drive one team mentality, job coaching, career development, and unlock talents thru growth mindset and personal empowerment.
