WHO YOU ARE
You are passionate and inspired by the IKEA vision, home furnishing , values and culture. For this role you bring experience in project management and good knowledge of multichannel network related processes and service business .

• For this role university degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or proven performance in Supply Chain Management is preferable
• Excellent knowledge in project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement and how to integrate these processes.
• Collaborative mind-set: good in building relationships across the organization and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of Multichannel Network related processes; supply chain, warehousing operations and service business or high interest to learn this
• Financial competence: knowledge about how internal and external financials impact the business
• Ability to identify need and drive change within the organization acting in multi- cultural, interdependent and matrix environments
• Self driven
• Fluent in English , Dutch and or French is surplus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the job is to take direct responsibility to manage the assigned project and to lead the connected project team. Responsible to ensure the realization of the project objectives according the specific project brief all within agreed scope, time, budget and with expected quality.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Multichannel Network Project Manager, passionate about logistics to join our Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network team within CFF.
• You will lead fulfilment projects and by this be part in making IKEA omnichannel retailing a reality
• You take direct responsibility to manage assigned projects and to lead connected project teams
• You will contribute in having an excellent omnichannel network in place that supports all sales channels and reaching more customers tomorrow to secure customer satisfaction at lowest possible cost

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental part in our success as an omnichannel retailer. CFF organizes and orchestrates the flow of goods and services to provide a great customer experience in all touchpoints for the many people.

The Fulfilment Development & Multichannel Network team takes the lead and overall responsibility for the design, establishment and development of the omnichannel fulfilment network. We support the country in securing an excellent fulfilment network to reach more of the many, securing customer convenience at all times with our product and service offer. We drive the development and innovation agenda for Customer Fulfilment to develop and deploy new solutions and capabilities in our fulfilment network to ensure our continued success as an omnichannel retailer
