Your Mission

As the “Non-profit project management specialist”,you will build relationships with non-profit organizations, which can include networks, associations, and targeted non-profits. In this role, you may network with potential partners to learn more about them, determine whether or not each partner can help the company’s overall business strategy, and otherwise help decide if partnerships offer any opportunities to support the brand and our customers. You will create, implement and manage the strategy to expand our offering and lead your product roadmap with a team of dedicated developers to build services and tools for our customers and non-profits.

• Develop, execute, and drive a strategy (channel partner, positioning, and more) to market the product, services and Optimy
• Build influential partnerships with key stakeholders in the non-profit sector
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with non-profits organizations
• Monitor, analyse the territory/markets potential
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business team members on business cases, product requirements, development, launch, and adoption
• Work directly with our internal technical and product teams to help develop and articulate product use cases that address customer needs
• Create, develop and maintain the functional descriptions/specifications
• Identify, qualify and reach out to non-profits leads
• Recruit and onboard new partners (non-profits organizations) for customers and Optimy
• Actively track joint pipeline with partners (non-profits organizations) and customers
• Produce technical guides, best practices documents and other content for the product, marketing and customer success teams
• Manage and prioritise the development backlog
• Provide training to all internal stakeholders
• Measure results and deliver status report with recommendations
• Adapt and implement strategy based on data and market feedback
• Become an expert and point of contact on the non-profit segment of the product
• Perform other product related tasks when needed

Your Profile

• You have a good level of English and French - Clear oral and written communication skills

• You are an excellent team player and are confident in working alongside others
• You have a global mindset: able to appreciate differences in market needs, competitive environment, and cultural norms across multiple countries and sectors
• You have great project management skills with data driven decision-making experience
• You are results driven
• You are a natural born leader, fast learner, highly motivated, self-driven and creative problem solver
• You have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit

Nice to have

• Experience working with non-profit organizations and/or sector
• Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations
• Experience working on products or IT companies
