NTT DATA is urgently looking for a Consultant Functional Support for one of our clients based in Brussels. This position will be performed in a hybrid mode of working.

Responsibilities

The main activities in which the consultant will be working are:

Managing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) /LM & other policy documents in TruVault: TruVault is a global system in which the consultant will get a 3h training.
Consolidating and facilitating the update of what we call Fair Market Value Calculator in Excel (so good knowledge of Excel is required);

This calcutator is excel based and calculates what they need to pay when J&J hires a certain medical specialist (a bit like our CSR calculator). There is an excel sheet per country and sometimes even per Business Unit within J&J.
There might be alignment needed based on the outcome of the calculator in which some pricing discussions need to be aligned with different countries. Because there might be Directors or VPS involved in those discussions, the candidate should be able to communicate well and argumentated. The Hiring Manager is also there to support.
The PDF of the calculation (from the excel) needs to be stored in TruVault.
J&J Latam is creating a Drupal version of this excel calculator. Some alignment might be needed as described in point 4.
Implementing data changes in the so-called Cross Border Interaction Tool when required (a Drupal easy to use solution);

This CBI is an in-house build tool for change requests such as data changes. For example, to change the travel costs rate or the rate of a doctor.
Minor business analysis activities needed.
Assisting a contributing to different UATs when required, most of the time documenting results in Jira (we can facilitate Jira knowledge if needed): Related to the development of the Drupal version of the calculator in point 2.

Your profile

Junior/Medior level (min 2 years experience)
Good knowledge of Excel
Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical sector
You have a "can do" and teamwork mentality
You have an eye for detail

Languages

Fluent in English, Dutch would be a plus, but not mandatory.
