We are looking for an Application Engineer with a strong focus on Office 365 and MS Teams but also has interest in other business applications. You will work in an international environment with a complex IT landscape.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Higher education in Information Technology or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge and strong interest in Microsoft tools: Office 365 applications (MS Teams, Sharepoint Stream, OneDrive,…), Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, …), MS Dynamics CRM 2016 and MS Project 2016
  • Strong interest in ASP(.net) based web tools and IIS
  • You have strong analytical skills and are a problem solver
  • Effective communication skills in English and Dutch, French is a plus
  • Experience with digital signature solutions
  • You are able to work independent with minimal supervision

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of MS Teams, SharePoint Online and other Office 365 tools
  • Build a new intranet, based on SharePoint Community sites
  • Improve our employees business productivity by using MS Teams
  • Migrate SharePoint 2016 environment to SharePoint Online and MS Teams
  • Automate our business with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Take ownership of our non-ERP application landscape
  • Support our legacy applications and define their roadmap
  • Listen to business requirement and translate them into solutions
  • Support the business in understanding and using our applications
  • Create or maintain documentation for end-users and publish them on the Intranet
  • Organize, record and give training in your area of knowledge (ex. SharePoint, MS Teams, …)
