OIL & GAS - Business Analyst TMS (Terminal Management System)

Agidens terminal management solutions Aline and Axcel aim to optimize the business processes, daily operations and management of Bulk Liquid Storage Terminals. As a Business Analyst TMS you will be the functional point of contact for our customers to analyze their needs and find functional solutions for the logistical processes in their bulk liquid storage facilities (Terminal Management System). Throughout the development of the Terminal Management products as well as the implementation of the products at customers you will be the functional point of contact.

Your role?

• Your task will primarily be to groom the product backlog that has been prioritized by the product owner.
• You will also create user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and discuss these user stories with all stakeholders (both internally and externally) to make sure that there is no gap at any level.
• You will prepare documents including design flows and wireframes.
• You are also responsible for defining data models and the interfaces between the different levels and systems on a functional basis.
• Additionally you will draw a mock-up for the different user interfaces.
• You will Participate in the creation of the proposals as well as providing support during the presentation of the proposals to our clients.
• The project team, responsible for implementation, will get an in-depth briefing from you about your part of the project.
• Also you will provide conceptual and functional support during implementation of the project.
• Together with the Lead Developer and/or Tester you will be responsible of creating the test scenario’s.
• You will report to the Projectmanager(s) of the project you are working on.

Your profile?

• You are experienced in the business and functional analysis of logistical information flows in production facilities.
• You also have experience in the Agile and DevOps way of software development.
• You are eager to gain knowledge about the business processes of our customers.
• You have notions of .NET technology and MS SQL server
• You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
• You are both customer-oriented as well as results-oriented.
• You have strong communication skills .
• Above all you are a teamplayer.
• You express yourself fluently both in English and Dutch.
• You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience).
