The On Trade Key Account Manager is part of the On Trade Management Team, focused on managing and growing our client portfolio in the Key account segment.
The On Trade Key Account Manager, leveraging negotiation, trade execution and analytical skills, has the responsibility of growing ABInBev market share in the key account segment and support the channel on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required in the role

  • A passion for sales scouting and managing customer relationship
  • Experience in sales, particularly within the FMCG sector, is a plus, not a must
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Eager to learn, highly motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Team player with strong determination
  • Fluent in Italian and good level of English
  • Good analytical, synthesis & project management skills
  • Proven experience to deliver strong results
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills

  • Current clients panel
  • New clients and scouting panel
  • Internal sales team (On Trade Management, accounts and BDRs throughout the full Italy)
  • Commercial team (Revenue management, Sales Intelligence and Trade Marketing On Trade)

Key Responsabilities

  • Manage the existing key account base end-to-end including yearly negotiations and daily support to push our brands
  • Bring an execution mindset, managing yearly activations and promo activation on main customers to increase brand awareness and rotations
  • Increase the current client panel by scouting new key accounts
  • Support national events executions, by supporting local teams and directly acquire new events partnership with our main brands
  • Lead and manage ad-hoc innovation projects as part of the on-trade agenda, including 1 Year Plan projects
  • Support the channel on strategic initiatives
