Your Profile:
  • You are fluent in English (Spoken & Written )
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong collaboration and networking skills
  • You have robust planning and organizational skills
  • You are curious and have an analytical mind and a detailed understanding IT Operations principles
  • Can demonstrate attention to detail, exemplary and creative problem-solving skills
  • Can work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on challenging deadlines
  • Demonstrate collaboration experience in an International Enterprise and/or have worked across different diverse organizations,

Qualifications & Experience
  • You have a masters degree in, Preferably in IT, systems engineering, computer science, , or a simliar related discipline

  • You have 1 years of work experience with the operational side of a medium to large IT organisation where by you have grasped some of the key principle below :
o good understanding of IT Support Processes (e.g. ITIL v3, v4, Devops 2,…)
o good understanding on the implementation of Modern IT Operations Architectures
o experience with Application Performance Monitoring (e.g. Datadog, Dynatrace,…)
o understanding of the concept of Site Reliability engineering (SRE).
o Knowledge on Servicenow (ITSM & ITOM) and DataDog would be considered beneficial

Your team and your responsibilities:
Our Division & Team
IT&D is responsible within Europe for running all IT activities for Toyota , Lexus & Kinto brands as well as our other partners.

Our operations and service delivery teams are responsible for the coordination and implementation of all the IT support processes towards all our customers & partners.

Specifically, within the Operations section of the teams, we focus on maximising the availability of our IT services towards our customers & partners. We focus on proactive detection, outage prevention, and quick & sustainable recovery in case of failure by using our unique Toyota Business practises problem solving & learning to prevent re-occurrence.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work at the heart of the dynamic Operations team in close cooperation with our support partners and other respective internal teams across the business to continuously improve our Services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in project activities to further transform our IT processes and enable our journey to become a Mobility company.

More concretely, you will be working on:
  • Outage Detection - Further enhancing our service monitoring efforts.
  • Outage Prevention - Continously identify improvements to avoid service downtime.
  • Outage Recovery - Continously identify improvements to enhance our recovery capabilities.
