Your job as Operations Manager Parts
Together with your colleague you lead a team of 25 managers who, with their 200 associates, organise the internal logistics at our Ghent warehouse on a daily basis.

You get energy from:

  • managing and optimising logistics activities;
  • motivating, coaching, evaluating and giving support to managers and their associates;
  • monitoring, evaluating, optimising and realising the Honda objectives and standards with respect to quality, cost management, delivery times, safety and the environment;
  • drawing up and complying with operational planning in terms of manpower, machines and material, enabling us to continue to guarantee our service.

Your assets

  • Your focus on results, your helicopter view and your no-nonsense mentality are your greatest assets. You have the makings of a people manager who sets great store by quality and service.
  • You have a Bachelor diploma, preferably in the field of logistics or economics.
  • You have at least 5 years’ operational logistics experience in a managerial role.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
