Are you a recent graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding first step into the professional world? We’re looking for an ambitious Operations Trainee to join our dynamic team in Aalst.

As an Operations Trainee, you’ll be right at the heart of the action:

  • Supporting and optimizing payment processes and customer flows
  • Contributing to risk management and fraud prevention strategies
  • Assisting with regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Analysing data to drive smarter, faster operations
