As a Oracle ERP specialist, You Will:
- Drive and support process, functional, and technical changes in Oracle ERP, focusing on Procure to Pay activities.
- Contribute to system and process improvement activities for requesting and receiving goods and services.
- Manage change communication, documentation, and training within the requestor community.
- Develop training materials and user instructions.
- Deliver targeted training sessions.
- Monitor quality and timeliness of requests and receipts.
- Support the ERP business support office in requesting and receiving activities.
- Provide user support for centralized ERP systems.
- Develop processes, policies, and procedures for EBA Applications.
- Coordinate support activities for EBA toolset issues and enhancements.
- Liaise with second-line support for documenting functional requirements and errors in EBA.
- Plan and coordinate EBA training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct analysis and feasibility studies for EBA management tools.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Skills in analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) version R12 or later.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement and Finance modules.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for Oracle Modules.
- Experience in incident management processes.
- Understanding of Finance and Procurement business structures and reporting.
- Experience in developing policies, SOPs, and documenting business processes.
- Experience in supporting change processes for new functionalities and business improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Advise on ERP usage, policies, and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate training and UAT activities.
- Communicate effectively and manage change within the organization.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user instructions.
- Liaise with IT support to address functional requirements and errors.
- Conduct analysis and feasibility studies for ERP management tools.
- Manage support activities to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
