Responsibilities

  • Instruction and coordination of Production & Logistics schedule
  • Stock management
  • Making quotation within set guidelines
  • Communication with distributor, factory & Komatsu regional office in Africa
  • Documentation management including ordering operation
  • Cross functional coordination with Marketing/Finance/Aftermarket for Transaction
  • Input for sales forecast and control of actual sales
  • Calculating transfer price based on guidelines set
  • Export control
  • Trouble shooting

Requirements

  • Min.Bachelor degree (Economics/Accounting) or equal by experience
  • Preferable 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills & commercial feeling
  • Flexible, open minded, pro-active, teamplayer
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office especially excel
  • English mandatory , French is a plus
