THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Payroll Officer Assistant to join its Comp & Ben team.

In order to support the growth of the group, our Payroll Team is looking for a dynamic, rigorous and positive profile to support the department and its colleagues in the daily management of our employees’ payrolling.

YOUR ROLE
  • Establishment of contracts for the whole group
  • Administrative management of new incomers (signature of contracts, lunch tickets order, activation of extra-legal benefits, …)
  • Encoding of employee entries and exits on our various platforms (insurances, Eblox, internet & mobile, …)
  • Support for the preparation of reports (balance of leave, listings, KPI, …)
  • Administrative support to the department & colleagues (scanning, filling, manual encoding, …)
  • Mail management
  • Payrolling support
  • Follow-up of medical visits

YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor in HR
  • Experience in an administrative unit and in payroll desired
  • Relational skills to establish connections between people
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to anticipate
  • Ability to organize and be rigorous
  • Sense of service & Team spirit
  • Agility & Flexibility
  • Excellent English knowledge
