One of our best client active in the consultancy sector is looking for a Payroll Officer in Brussels.

Today they are looking for a passionate new Payroll in order to complete their team filled with open and curious minds, who are passionate about their work and create new solutions for a new day.

• Take full ownership of the entire Payroll process for your assigned Line of Service, managing Payroll for approximately 700 employees with precision and care.
• Ensure seamless daily payroll operations for employees and directors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage time and attendance in alignment with the company’s innovative Flexible Working approach.
• Execute diverse packages from the company, including our flexible remuneration plan and alternative mobility plan, offering tailored benefits to our team.
• Champion the implementation and utilization of HR processes, policies, and systems, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
• Support HR Business Consultants (HRBCs) with HR and Payroll-related topics, ensuring expert guidance and assistance.
• Dutch and/or French and fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree and/or significant senior professional experience, demonstrating a solid foundation and expertise in payroll management.
• Expert in Belgian Payroll taxation and social law (JC200), enabling you to provide insightful advice on career interruptions, holiday pay, leave, overtime, and more.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in payroll processes.
• Passionate about automation and new technologies, continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance employee support.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork.
• Knowledge of Eblox and Workday is a plus, adding value with familiarity in these advanced HR systems.
