Join our internal HR Talent Organisation within our Reward & Analytics team.
Our Reward & Analytics Team ensures Personnel Administration, Payroll, Legal advice on reward and benefits, and Quality & Reward Analytics. As a team, we strive for quality, operational excellence – having a forward looking mindset and being innovative, a business mindset, and overall supporting the employee experience within our firm.
As People Reporting and Reward Analytics officer you support the firm in optimizing its Talent related decision making by providing relevant intelligence based on the use of data analytics and cognitive tools. This can entail a broad range of domains from talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance, development,… to compensation of the employees.
- Support the implementation of our People Analytics Roadmap.
- Interact with business leaders and functional teams to identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
- Conduct analytical research and establish predictive analytics related to recruiting, retention, reward, gender, performance,… connected to business needs.
- Identify meaningful insights from large data with compelling data visualizations; interpret and communicate analysis insights and findings to talent and business stakeholders to drive executive decision making about our talent strategy.
- Analyze and interpret employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, with the ability to connect data insights from different talent or business perspectives.
- Ability to/interest to learn & develop skills to create predictive models and deliver future forward insights.
- Create compelling enablement content so that other talent and business leaders can readily use the insights provided.
- Provide strategic support to the Talent (Human Resource) function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities.
- Manage functional and technical dimensions of specific reward related tooling’s
- Act as an ambassador in the firm to promote data quality, set-up a successful governance, and to improve overall strategic and operational insights.
- Build partnerships and work closely both with business stakeholders as well as talent and technology teams to deliver business relevant insights, ensuring to have the relevant tools and systems in place, allowing to provide accurate and timely analytics insights.

- Ability to easily understand complex algorithms and logic to process data;
- Experience working with a large volume of data with ability to solve performance issues;
- Experience and/or appetite to work with HR systems (functional & technical dimensions);
- Basic business intuition and clear expertise in analyses; ability to describe analytic processes including when and why specific approaches are favored;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to visualize and report insights creatively in variety of formats to various stakeholders;
- Adaptive communication style;
- Entrepreneurial, creative, self-motivated and team-orientated;
- An analytical, learning and problem-solving mindset;
- A customer oriented attitude, with the ability to translate data and findings in a simple and clear way;
- An eye for detail makes accuracy a natural born habit;
- Ability to work independently and with a structured way of working;
- Team player;
- Flexible mindset and ability to work in a changing and demanding environment;
- Result orientated, you are a pro-active doer;
- Self-confident with strong business acumen, you are pragmatic and down-to-earth, and represent the company and its values at every level of the organization;
- Resilient, you maintain control and performance in stressful situations;
- You have relevant experience of at least 2 to 3 years;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch or French;
- Experience with, or keen interest to develop expertise in, visualization skills with various tools such as Qliksense, Qlikview, Tableau, SAP business objects.
